Large enterprises

Differences between the two versions: The Enterprise version is the final version of all available 270 functions of the Phonalisa IP telephone system! There is no restriction. The system coupling is also unlimited, no matter how many locations you want to connect with each other.

The billing module (billing system) is also available as standard in the Enterprise version.

Hotels

The Phonalisa IP telephone system has already proven itself several times in use in hotels. When a certain hotel classification is reached, it is necessary to provide guests with a telephone not only in the public hotel accommodation area – but also directly in the rooms.

We work together with a large pool of different manufacturers and can therefore offer a wide range of telephones specially designed for hotel guests. Phonalisa has a few extra functions in its petto to ensure that guests do not make free calls around the world and drive the hotelier into financial ruin. On the one hand, the routing system can be used to block certain number ranges (black and white lists) so that no chargeable hotlines can be called.

Call centers, hotlines and shops

The Phonalisa Business and Enterprise version is ideal for operating hotlines and shops. This is because these versions contain the full range of call center functions that are crucial for the optimal distribution of calls to the appropriate contact person.

These include voice menus (IVR), queues and agents (static, dynamic and external), Active Call Distribution (ACD), statistics and telephony evaluations.

In the smaller Phonalisa versions (Startup and SBE) the call center functions are limited – but it is also possible to run a call center with these versions.

Manufacturing industry

If it’s loud in a production hall and you can hardly understand your own word – how do you know that a telephone is ringing? For these applications, we have connected special bells/loudspeakers to the telephone system at customers’ premises. When an incoming call is received, the bell rings and signals the call.

Hospitals

The Phonalisa IP telephone system can also be found in clinics and hospitals thanks to its reliability and the possibility of redundant installation. In this application scenario, the system must still run in the event of a complete failure (e.g. power failure or lightning strike). By a redundant structure of the system – this is also quite possible. The system is available twice, ideally at two different locations (data centers). If the system fails, it swivels fully automatically to the backup system. Ongoing calls are not separated, only a bridging of a few seconds can be felt.
